Session Description

Leaders will explore how the words they use influence not just children, but the staff and culture of their program. This track focuses on: Modeling intentional communication to foster positive, growth-centered workplace dynamics. Using reflective feedback language that inspires rather than critiques. Creating a shared language for expectations, guidance, and goal-setting across the team. Embedding intentional communication strategies into team meetings, family interactions, and daily staff guidance. Leaders will leave with an “Interaction Blueprint” that not only supports how they communicate with children but enhances how they lead adults.
